Storage and Transportation of Pipes

The Metco manufacturing plant contains approximately 150,000 m2 of storage space in which pipes are stored by categorization of type, with all inventory management backed up by a computerized inventory system. For transportation of pipes around the facility forklifts are used. When loading onto trucks, use of cranes is required.
